Anxiety isn't a character flaw or a sign of weak faith. It's a real, heavy thing — and millions of people are carrying it right now, often in silence.
Whether it shows up as racing thoughts at 2am, a tight chest before a hard conversation, or a constant low hum of dread — anxiety is exhausting. And it can feel isolating.

Jesus never told anyone their fears were invalid. He didn't shame the disciples for panicking in the storm. He calmed the storm — and then he asked, 'Why were you afraid?'
Not accusingly. Curiously. Like someone who genuinely wanted to know what was underneath.
