Bridging Believers is a livestream platform designed to allow individuals to share, view, and interact with Christian faith-based content including preaching, testimony, discussion, teaching, and related communications.

The platform may include features such as:

• livestream broadcasting
• viewer chat and interaction
• creator profiles and channels
• user accounts
• notifications and alerts
• follower systems
• text or email notifications
• community features

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

You must meet the following requirements to use the Services:

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not have previously been suspended or removed from the platform for violations.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Certain features require the creation of an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• maintain updated contact information
• accept responsibility for activity on your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users who broadcast livestreams or create channels may be considered streamers or creators. By broadcasting or uploading content, you agree that:

• you are responsible for all content you stream or upload
• you have the necessary rights to use the content
• your broadcasts comply with applicable laws
• your content does not violate these Terms or our community standards

We may remove streams, recordings, or accounts that violate these Terms.

The Services allow users to create, stream, publish, or share content including livestream video and audio, recorded streams, comments and chat messages, images or profile content, titles and descriptions, links and community posts. This content is referred to as User Content.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting or broadcasting content on the platform, you grant Bridging Believers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, distribute, reproduce, promote, moderate, and improve the Services. This license exists solely to operate and promote the platform.

Bridging Believers is a Christian-focused livestream platform created specifically to allow individuals to share the Gospel, discuss the Bible, provide Christian teaching, offer testimony, and encourage believers through Christ-centered content.

The platform exists to support and amplify Christian faith-based broadcasting and discussion. Content on Bridging Believers is therefore expected to remain consistent with the purpose and mission of the platform.

Users may not use the platform to promote, broadcast, or host livestreams centered on non-Christian religious services, teachings, worship practices, or organized promotion of other faith traditions. While respectful discussion about religion may occur in appropriate contexts, the primary use of the platform must remain focused on Christian content.

Accounts or livestreams that repeatedly broadcast content primarily promoting other religions or faith traditions may be subject to moderation actions, including:

• removal of the livestream or content
• suspension of livestream privileges
• temporary account suspension
• permanent removal from the platform

Moderation decisions will be based on reports, platform review, and the determination of whether the content aligns with the mission and purpose of Bridging Believers as a Christian livestream broadcasting platform. Bridging Believers reserves the right to enforce this policy as necessary to maintain the platform's intended focus and community standards.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• harassment or abuse of other users
• threats or incitement to violence
• impersonation or fraud
• spam or mass unsolicited messaging
• attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
• distributing malware or harmful code
• violating intellectual property rights
• collecting user data without permission
• exploiting platform features for manipulation or abuse

We may remove content or suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity.

Users must treat others with respect. The following behavior is not allowed:

• harassment
• targeted abuse
• stalking or intimidation
• hate speech directed at individuals or groups
• spam or promotional flooding in chat
• intentionally disruptive behavior

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion to protect the community and platform integrity.

When broadcasting livestreams, you agree not to stream content that:

• violates applicable law
• promotes illegal activity
• contains explicit sexual content
• encourages violence or harm
• infringes copyrights or trademarks
• violates the rights of others

We may terminate livestreams or remove recordings that violate these rules.

Users may choose to receive notifications through SMS text messages, email notifications, and in-platform alerts. These may include livestream alerts, reminders for followed streamers, account notifications, and service updates.

By subscribing to alerts, you consent to receive communications according to your selected preferences. Users may unsubscribe from non-essential notifications at any time.

The platform, including its design, software, branding, logos, and content provided by Bridging Believers, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute platform software, reverse engineer the platform, reproduce branding or trademarks without permission, or use automated scraping tools without authorization. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Bridging Believers.

The platform may rely on third-party services including livestream infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, payment processors, and authentication services. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party services.

To protect users and maintain platform integrity, we may monitor content and activity, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities when required. Moderation decisions may be made automatically or by human review.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if a user violates these Terms, misuse or abuse of the platform occurs, legal compliance requires it, or security risks arise. Users may also stop using the Services at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to content or accounts.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, livestreams will be uninterrupted, the platform will be error-free, or that user content will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridging Believers and its operators will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data or profits, interruptions or service outages, content posted by users, or actions of third parties. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridging Believers and its operators from claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for changes that affect feature availability.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Bridging Believers operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
